What is a Career?

A Career is the sequence and variety of occupation ( paid and unpaid) which one undertakes throughout a lifetime.
More broadly, "career"includes life roles, leisure activities, learning and work.

What is Career Planning?

Career Planning is a lifelong process, which includes choosing an occupation, getting a job, growing in our job, possibly changing careers, and eventually retiring.

Career Development

Career Development is the process of managing life, looming and work over the lifespan. there are many influences that contribute to your career such as:

* Who you are as an individual: This includes your self-concept, interests, skills, knowledge, personality, ethnicity, age, gender, ability, disability, health, beliefs For example, your choice of hobbies reflects  your interests and abilities.

* Your Community: The community plays an important role in forming your identity, beliefs and attitudes. Members your community can be your family, peers friends or colleagues from your school or workplace, employers, the media, community group and clubs. They can influence the lifestyle you want to aspire, towards the work you choose, the life roles you on and what you value about yourself.

* The environment and wider society: This refers to the opportunities or constraints caused by factors such as the region or location you live in (i.e. rural or metropolitan ) What happening in the employment market ( e.g. are there job vacancies in your career field ).

IELTS Scoring

IELTS Scoring Test takers receive a score for each test component – Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The individual scores are then averaged and rounded to produce an Overall Band Score. Band scale There is no pass or fail. IELTS is scored on a nine-band scale, with each band corresponding to a specified competence in English. Overall Band Scores are reported to the nearest half band. The following rounding convention applies: if the average across the four skills ends in .25, it is rounded up to the next half band, and if it ends in 5.75, it is rounded up to the next whole band.
